Want to learn how to cook pizza in a wood-fired oven? The folks behind the Roberta's/Meat Hook pizza class I wrote about in October are offering a special wood-fired pizza class next month in Williamsburg.
Anthony Falco and Angelo Womack will have access to the oven at Best Pizza on the pizzeria's day off (a Monday evening) and will be leading a three-hour class on everything you need to know to cook in a WFO.
