But the Buffalo Chicken slice, laden with sliced chicken drenched in Frank's RedHot sauce, delivers the heat even on the most frigid of winter afternoons.
The rectangular slice is served straight from the Baker's Pride deck oven. A firm, tall outer edge envelopes the molten ingredients like a crisp bread bowl. The balance of hot, slightly vinegary chicken and sweet pizza sauce tips toward Buffalo, but that's not a bad thing. Between the spicy hunks of chicken and the outer shell lies a cushion of creamy Polly-O mozzarella cheese, which pulls into thin strands as you attempt a bite.
