With a twitch of the wrist and a flick of the arm, Bryant tosses pizza dough into the air, allowing it to land on his fingertips as he dances across the stage.

Its not the scene of a pudgy Italian chef with a curly mustache throwing dough in a pizzeria. Rather, its the sight of a Fremont police detective practicing for a world pizza-tossing competition.

When he's not investigating crime, Bryant, a 29-year-old Livermore resident, works on his pizza-tossing skills, an attribute thats made him a world champion acrobatic pizza tosser.
