WOW! Not only have you managed to impress me (in my capacity as a fan of good food blogs), but you have also impressed me in my capacity as a Star Wars fan! I hope you don't mind, but I am sending your site to all the Star Wars listserves I know!
That's some amazing artwork!

Thanks for the props on the site and on the Star Wars fandom. I can't take credit for the pizzas, however. They were made by a woman named Christine Castro, and I found them on her Flickr photo stream. (Credit where credit due.) But feel free to post Slice to the Star Wars listserves!

I love your blog...I should have checked it a week ago, I was in NYC over the weekend and I went to Lombardi's. It would have been great pizza...but it was FUCKING COLD. I don't know if it was mess with the tourist day or what...but that was a serious dis. If you are ever in Denver, by the way, don't eat the pizza. There are maybe two places that do a decent neopolitan pizza...but not great. And the New York style pizza situation is grim. There is also the possibility that a local will try to get you to eat at Beaujos. Do not do this. That place makes, seriously, the worst pizza in the world.
