“I’ve never caught a foul ball in my life. It’s been my dream to catch one. That’s the closest I’ve ever come. The pizza just thwarted it,” so says Red Sox fan Jason Sole, who's seen getting hit with a flying pizza in the video that follows:

Back story: Sole had supposedly been giving grief to Matt Madore and his friend for having a large pizza in the stands: "They had been giving us (expletive) about it,” Madore said. “Next thing I know, there’s a fly ball to left field and it goes foul and my buddy says, ‘You want some pizza now?’ And he hits him right in the face. Hey, the guy wasn’t paying attention. When you’re in the stands you’ve got to be ready for anything - a foul ball, a flying slice of pizza, everything.”
