Sous-vide, French for "under vacuum," is one of the tools in many high-end restaurant kitchens. It's a way of cooking items in an airtight bag and at temperatures below boiling, immersed in a water bath. Anyway, some jokers applied the idea to the reheating of frozen pizza.
