This is already a small pie -- probably about a 10-incher, Neapolitan. (Hint.) I'm not buying a new scanner just to get a C.R.U.S.T.™ scan in one shot. Not in this economy! ;)

that looks small...

speaking of small pizzas, have you been to the brooklyn flea where they got those small pizzas for $9 bucks? i saw them yesterday but just couldn't pull the trigger because i'm cheap as hell.. (ate a $3 hot dog instead)

but they got their oven out in the open, it's pretty sick. you can see how it's glowing red on the inside...
