How do they cut that?

Papa Murphy's is also making heart-shaped pizzas. And they don't have to worry how to cut the thing....since you bake it at home. :)

I was just wondering what to get Mrs. Preston-Campbell. Leave it to Papa Johns via Slice to provide the obvious solution.

Lou Malnati's has offered heart-shaped pizzas for years. They can be ordered here and shipped anywhere in the country.

MMMM. Heartburn for Valentine's Day. How romantic.

Is this douchy or gay? Ohhh, the line b/w the two is even further blurred. I hate Mama John's.

Two heart-shaped pizzas sounds like either this is not a romantic dinner for two or Valentine's Day means eating til you can't move.

to dmcavanagh: They don't cut it. Which is lame and weird.

As cute as this is, it is an annoyance to make. My store has only had to make a few of them (did I mention I drive for PJ). We lay a plastic cutout on an uncooked thin crust and cut it out with a slicer.

...so now I guess I've ruined the magic. :)

At least Papa Murphy makes some attempt at making an actual pizza into a heart (though when I tried their pumpkin-shaped pizza at Halloween it didn't hold its shape well in the oven).

Great. Heart-shaped pizzas. I can just feel the romance, the sexiness, the allure. Maybe Starbucks will serve coffee in heart-shaped cups, Baskin-Robbins will have heart-shaped cones, and Krispy Kreme will offer heart-shaped doughnuts. I'm getting all hot and bothered just thinking about it.

according to Consumerist, the real product doesn't quiiiiiiite live up to the advertising (shocking, I know): http://consumerist.com/5152896/papa-johns-love-pizza-is-a-lie

...oops, just saw the follow-up post. glad you guys are paying more attention to this story than I am :)

@courtguerra: Not sure it's a story worth paying attention to, but there you go! ;)
