I have to say, I am very impressed with the Domino's response above. Very sincere and you can tell (or at least like it looks) that he lost some sleep over it.

Oh, yeah. No kidding. I, too, have to tip my hat to Domino's on this. They really dealt with it quickly and decisively. Also a hat tip to Consumerist and its readers for tracking that shit down and alerting Domino's HQ.

He just lost sleep over the possibility of lost profits. If it was a real heartfelt apology he wouldn't have been staring at a teleprompter (or more likely a whiteboard) off to the side of the camera the whole time. The whole thing reeks of of damage control.

That hot dog pizza doesn't count because it doesn't have fries on it. You CAN'T have a hot dog pizza without FRIES!!!

Sheesh.
