Is Totonno's Open Yet? No. No, It Is Not

Totonno's may have reopened. A friend of mine checked in there on Foursquare last night.

False alarm, unfortunately. Your friend is either lying to get more Foursquare points/mayorships or made the trek out there to see if it's open and figured s/he'd check in anyway. Or, maybe s/he checked in from one of the Manhattan Totonno's.
Whatevs, though. I just called Totonno's owner Lawrence Cimineri (my monthly "Is Totonno's open yet?" call), and he said "definitely within three more weeks" and that he'd call me in three days with a further update.
