Video: Anthony Bourdain at Burt's Place, Morton Grove, Illinois

I can appreciate Burt and his story, but to me, deep dish pizza is still lasagna with bread instead of pasta.

and at the end of the meal you can floss with burt's beard hair

I'm from Chicago and I can't deal with deep dish. I (and several others) call it "tourists pizza" because that's all you see in deep dish places. I'll take classic Chicago Thin Crust places like Vito&Nick, Falco's , Home Run Inn anytime.

Oh and BTW, WTF is up with Burt's beard? Obviously there's no health department in Morton Grove

tmj529- I used to think that deep dish pizza and the idea of deep dish was horrifying. Now that you've made me think of it as lasagna with bread I think it's fucking awesome.
