Last week, I threw this photo at you. It inspired a few comments, but one of them caught my eye. Gianluca (aka nextgospel) said:

You know what I am shocked at. A lot of Americans complain about Neapolitan pizzas being wet, etc., etc., but would eat this with no problem.
