Field Report: Damgoode Pies, Little Rock, Arkansas
We got this piece of intel just before Pizzalicious Lauren dropped the Arkansas installment of United States of Pizza.

Reaching in to the Slice mailbag, we've got ...
I've been meaning to send this in for ... oh ... a long time, but procrastination is my middle name (though my mom would argue). So here's a picture I took some odd months ago, but if I went and got another today it'd look pretty much the same, so I'm gonna go with this one. What you see here is a B.S.T. from Damgoode Pies in Little Rock, Arkansas. The B.S.T. stands for Bacon, Spinach, Tomato, but, according to the menu, it could stand for a few more things (the menu is funny, really; check it out at the website). I usually opt for Pink Sauce, which is red mixed with spicy white—very yum. This is a nice local pie joint; I remember when they opened—in 2002, I think; the block smelled like garlic basil butter every night.
Oh, I almost forgot the most important part: Before now Arkansas hasn't been on your map, at all. Can we fix this, please?

Dear Grace,
Thanks for the intel! I'll add Damgoode to the map and the dropdown menu later today!
Hasta la pizza,
