In Serious Eats Talk, he says:

I'm heading to Pittsburgh in three weeks and could use a pizza tip or two. I've already been to Mineo's and I'm not opposed to going back, but if there's another place as good or better, I'd prefer it. Ideally, I'd like to go to a place that been around for at least a couple of decades, but I'm flexible.
