Been lurking for a about a year now and thought my pizzas are finally worthy of showing to other die hard pizza fans. All of these were done in my recently finished-enough-to-cook-in WFO. I've been on a never ending quest to make the "perfect pizza" for 5 years now and I like to tell myself I'm getting close.

And now I humbly submit for your approval, two pizzas from our last party (15 people, 24 pizzas).

This one is fairly self-explanatory for anybody on this site. King Arthur bread flour and Cento San Marzano. Didn't get an upskirt.

This one is San Marzano, fresh mozzarella, Boar's Head pepperoni, local Italian sausage, green peppers, and some crazy hot jalapeños from the farmers' market.
