I've been wanting to send out a photo for My Pie Monday for a while. I finally got the chance to make some pizza, so here's a photo. This is my classic Margherita. I use a 50-50 mix of high-gluten flour and "00." Sauce is just San Marzano tomatoes run through a tomato press with some herbs. Cheese is fresh whole cows' milk mozzarella. This was my first attempt using a new oven we have in our kitchen. I tried cooking on a stone using the convection setting for the first time. I got great color on top but I wasn't so happy with the bottom char. Anyway keep posting these pictures ... great to see other people's pizza.

Other people's pizza? You've given new meaning to OPP.
