My Pie Monday: The Fruits of M. Sklar's Labor
My screen name is M. Sklar. I'm a regular Slice reader and avid pizzamaker. New York style's my passion. I just wanted to share some of the fruits of my labors with my fellow readers.
The crust is simple - flour, water, yeast and salt. They were cooked in my old home gas oven with the broiler on the bottom, which allows the baking area to get very hot and give me a quick bake and some good char. Hope you like looking at them as much as I enjoyed making and eating them. Happy to answer any questions.
