OK. This comes up from time to time when the words Neapolitan and garlic are in the same blog post. Inevitably someone chimes in with the "garlic and mozzarella do not go together" argument — I'm looking at you, Gianluca ;)

Outside of Naples, however, this combination is much loved by many. Or maybe not. I'm tired of seeing this back-and-forth on Slice, so I'm putting it to a poll this week: Do garlic and mozzarella belong together on a pizza? »
