First-time MPM'r Flavacrisp starts out the week:

Sautéed peppers (red and green), mushrooms, and onions with fresh mozzarella and feta. Don Pepino's pizza sauce.

Homemade pesto with fresh mozz and sun-dried tomatoes. (The sun-dried tomatoes are hidden under the mozzarella so they don't burn).

I cooked my pies in oiled cake pans set on top of a pizza stone.
