Here is my Parmesan Pea Pie. I'd never had a pizza with peas on it, so I figured why not give it a shot. Turned out to be pretty good. The crust is 50% Camaldoli starter, which is a permanent inhabitant of my fridge. Topped with mozzarella, Parmesan, olive oil, peas, and some leftover chicken from arroz con pollo earlier in the week. Baked on a pizza stone in my electric oven. The peas made for a surprisingly sweet white pizza.
