Driggs Avenue Pizza is the go-to slice place for a couple of my Tuesday-night bowling teammates. I've hit the place with them between games, and it has hit the spot after downing that performance-enhancer known in the bowling world as beer.

I had hoped the Driggs slice ($2) would hold up well when sampled with a more sober head and palate, but I've found that it's topped by the nearby Anna Maria Pizza (Daily Slice'd here) and that both are absolutely trounced by Best Pizza, a couple blocks east on Havemeyer Street.
