The parent blog Babble visits noted baker and pizzamaker Jim Lahey at Sullivan Street Bakery for a lesson on making a Roman-style pizza pomodoro. He also makes a good-looking zucchini pizza. They're both pan pizzas, baked in a 500°F oven, so you should be able to get comparable results at home, especially if you're following the recipe in his new book, My Bread. [via John Wozniak]
