The "Traditional Neapolitan" slice from Little Italy Pizza is far from wood-fired VPN material, but is a great foldable slice nonetheless. $2.25 gets you a slice that appears to be almost a quarter of a large pizza, a near-isosceles triangle of dough, sauce, and cheese. It's a mild and balanced slice, with the biggest flavors coming from a few leaves of fresh basil are mixed into the bright, lightly sweet tomato sauce. And while the pizza might be more Philly than Napoli, the Juventus-Sampdoria match playing on the flat screen is about as Italian as you can get.
