Map of Pizzerias Per Capita (and Other Pizzeria Data)

We were doing some fact-checking earlier today on a Serious Eats entry that mentioned pizzeria numbers, so we turned to Liz Barrett, editor-in-chief of pizza trade magazine PMQ. She directed us to the magazine's September 2010 issue and its Pizza Power Report.
The report is full of fascinating facts and figures about the state of the pizza industry (did you know that independents own 58% of pizzerias in the U.S. and control 51.66% of sales?). Above is a map showing the per capita distribution of pizzerias in the country. Red is below average, amber is average, and green is above average. Where does your state fall? I was surprised to see states like New York and Illinois coming in as merely "average" and Iowa rank as "above average."
