While searching for background and intel on Elmhurst Famous Pizza's Indo-Pak pie last week, I discovered a great, great new-to-me pizza site, Pizzacentric.

Published by photographer Michael Berman, it's a thoughtful meditation on pizza, of course, but also other food items. The photography on the site is particularly striking — some of the best pizza photography I've seen. (And I've seen a lot.) Don't you just love this shot?

Berman's been at it since February of last year. He doesn't update that frequently (so you can page through the archives in the course of a couple hours), but sometimes it's quality not quantity, right?
