After a not so great cheese slice, I was skeptical to try the White Pizza from Whole Foods. But I cannot resist dollops of creamy ricotta, so with an open mind and a half-full stomach, I dug into a piece.
The first bite was pungent and garlicky, though after it mellowed, the high-quality ricotta came through. Creamy and thick, it was well salted, and served to downplay the flavor of the garlic a bit. I take issue with the crust, which was the same as the cheese pizza: doughy, chewy, and under baked.
In a pinch, it's a decent lunch, but there are better slices out there.
