Noci e Zucchini ($20)
A white pie with a creamy walnut base, stewed zucchini, basil, and a happy amount of smoked buffalo mozzarella.
A racquet-shaped pizza also seen over at Don Antonio; the head of the racquet's topped with buffalo mozzarella, mixed vegetables, and pecorino romano; the interior is stuffed with ricotta and mushrooms. (Don't assume it's crust and leave it behind.)
Bel Paese ($21)
Asparagus, prosciutto di parma, and homemade mozzarella.
One of the menu's spicier pizzas thanks to hot soppressata, with tomato sauce, homemade mozzarella, basil, and extra virgin olive oil.
Battilocchio del Giorno ($6)
As always, Keste's long square "Battilocchio" changes by the day; here, it's an arugula pesto covered with cherry tomatoes.
Not a pizza, but new to the regular menu: a massive round of creamy-middled burrata that Caporuscio makes himself.
