Admittedly, cauliflower isn't a topping that graces many pizza menus, unlike the florets of its green cousin, broccoli. But fans of the cauliflower crowned slices at Grandaisy or Sullivan Street Bakery in New York can attest to its merits. When roasted and browned, cauliflower boasts a nutty flavor and creamy texture that makes it a great addition to a slice. Have you tried adding it to a pie? Would you?
