"A very experimental low temp wood fired pie.  Lower hydration 00 Neapolitan style dough with homemade veal fennel pollen sausage, and a combination of homemade mozz, campo de montalban, and cacio di roma cheese. The last two are sheep's milk cheeses. It was cooked in a little less than 4 minutes at around 650˚." "I had been meaning to whip up a bbq pizza for sometime and when I was left with a refrigerator filled with leftover pulled pork, I leapt at the opportunity.  I used some bottled bbq sauce for the base of the pizza. The pulled pork had been cooked in my slow cooker for 8 hours with bbq sauce, onions, and garlic.  Then I topped it all off with some Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos.  You can view more photos on my blog." —KTC

"Norma's post last week prompted me to post something somewhat similar that I've been working on.  After years of playing around with pizza made in a variety of pans, I've come up with something I really like. I haven't done much research into others' pan pizzas, so I ask: does anyone else make a pizza like this? does this fit into a preexisting style?  Something round (or not), with an open crumb, fried microblisters (not clear in the picture), and burnt cheese edges?" f r y
