It's My Pie Monday time, Slice'rs! You might notice that there is an unprecedented number of Detroit-style pies in this week's roundup. TXCraig1 sends a Via313 tribute pie, Norma works on perfecting her market Detroit-style, and SonnyC79 gives his steel pan baked square a Buffalo spin. Those Motor City pies are nicely complemented by more Baking Steel firsts from Effanzo_Mane and Amusebouche1. Atmast did double duty with her steel baked pie by accomplishing some pre-Turkey Day fridge clearing. The one non-Detroit square comes from Imwalkin, in the form of a grandma. Mattivore went more topping heavy than usual and hickory smoked some buratta to top his NY pie, and Whohah used a bed of chopped garlic as the base of his New Yorker. From the fires of his pizza camper, Ev sends a sausage and pepperoni pie, and Scott D's Filetti comes from his WFO.

It's easy to get your pie included in next week's slideshow. Just take one picutre of a pie you made recently, describe your cooking method (in 80 words or less), and follow these instructions to get it to us by 8pm (EST) Thursday. Be sure to let us know your Slice screen name.
