Slideshow SLIDESHOW: My Pie Monday: Ragin Cajun, Formaggio Frico, Pizza Pup and More!

And now we are back to our regularly scheduled My Pie Monday! The pizza load is light this week, but there is great quality in the quantity here. Just take Dhorst's pie for example, the Ragin Cajun! She's got some imported Louisiana sausage to complement her aleppo spiced sauce and it sounds like it's the real deal. It also looks like Whohah and Dhorst could be in MPM cahoots, or at least very much on the same wavelength based on his pork, pepper, mushroom combo (even the cheese mix matches up)—great minds! Imwalkin discovers an added bonus to the Baking Steel; its ability to make molten cheese into frico treats. And Norma shares her latest work on a Buddy's clone pizza and also includes a picture of a little buddy of her own. Can't wait to see what you crazy kids come up with next week!
