"Buffalo mozzarella, mushrooms, micro greens and goat cheese. I used Kenji's recipe for NY-Style pizza sauce. The crust (again, Kenji's NY-Style pizza dough recipe)puffed up a bit more after 4 days of cold fermentation and proofing for about 4 hrs before baking on the Steel for about 8 minutes." bunster10

"Bacon and egg pizza this morning using a 9 day old All Trumps bromated dough ball.  I sauced the skin with crushed tomato, then cooked that for a couple of minutes (450).  Added torn fresh mozzarella and cooked that for a couple more minutes (500).  Then I added the scrambled egg mix (3 eggs, coarse black pepper, and Italian herbs) and cooked it for a minute or so at full steam (550).  Once the eggs firmed up I added the pre-cooked bacon and let it finish for another minute or so, then hit it with some grated parm and sea salt. It was a very good Sunday morning breakfast." Tscarborough

"This year at work the featured holiday entree is beef wellington.  I make them, and the customer takes them home and cooks them.  They are a ready to cook item. So for fun a pizza was born. More here." amusebouche1

"This pizza is shaped like a turtle for my dear friend Pat, because he signs his art with a turtle.  The dough is 50/50 All Trumps and Adirondack AP flour, ADY, kosher salt and about 65% hydration.  The head, legs and tail are all filled with fresh mozzarella and a bit of seasoned olive oil.  The "shell' is sauced with crushed tomatoes, garlic, aleppo and s&p.  It was then topped with fresh and aged mozzarella, provolone, hot fennel salami and pickled jalapenos. Convection setting at 550 on the stone for about 8 minutes.  Post oven it got a shower of Parmigiano Regianno and a dusting of dried oregano.  Pat loved it!" dhorst

"This Buddy’s clone 8-square pizza was made with turkey bacon, the pepperoni Steve (Ev) had brought me, the blend of cheeses I was using yesterday, with the addition of Gouda goat cheese and the 7/11 tomatoes doctored up by Steve. This pizza was really good in my opinion. The pepperoni was placed under the cheeses and the turkey bacon was placed on top of the other dressings." Norma427
