The first step is to cook the pizza dough. Because there are no toppings on the dough, it will puff up in the oven.

We suggest you cook your dough at the highest temperature your oven can reach. If you're using a pizza stone, you'll want it to be in the oven during the pre-heat. Cook the dough until it has bubbled up and the outside has a nice char.

Once you remove the cooked crust from the oven, take a pair of scissors or a knife and cut it in half crosswise.

Pile the berries onto the ricotta, then squeeze the juice of a half of a lemon onto the berries. Next, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the berries and ricotta.

Drizzle a healthy spoonful of Nutella over the berries. Close the crust over the filling, and press down gently.
