"Tried out Kenji's Foolproof Pan Pizza recipe, adding 50% to the ingredients for my 12-inch pan, with a 24 hour+ first rise at room temperature. Made the New York Style Pizza Sauce using my own canned Roma tomatoes and topped it with standard low-moisture mozzarella and pepperoni. Baked in my cast iron (used it for bacon in the morning) at my oven's max 525F for 15 minutes. My husband's new favorite! Read more here. alannaface

"One cheese pizza, just for me (OK, the wife took her state-mandated half, too). I made a single 14" skin of Lahey's no-knead dough (1/3 the recipe on the site). Dry mozz, simple sauce, dried oregano and chile flakes. Baked at 550 for 12 mins on a stone." Bartonkt

"This pie was baked in my kitchen oven, not the BGE. It was cold, dark and snowing and I just couldn't force myself to crank up the egg. So, I placed a 14" stone on the oven's middle shelf (for the pie) and a larger stone on the next shelf up (to radiate) and baked at 725° (not a typo) for 3-4 minutes. I used a Napoletana dough (Caputo 00, blue bag, 5 days in the fridge), but used too much cheese and also added pepperoni. It was good, but I wish I had just done a margherita. Dough was too thin for that much junk on top. :)" BGEPizza
