Whether you call it spinning, tossing, twirling, or nothing at all, you probably have an opinion about this contentiously self-proclaimed sport. I'm not talking about a gentle toss to give that dough a good stretch; I'm referring to the hardcore acrobatic spinning of throw dough, almost always accompanied by a pretty...special...soundtrack.
