The building, Pennington explains, "is from 1922, so we did everything we could to keep the original walls." Popular Austin designer Jamie Chioco reclaimed most of the nearly extinct Longleaf Pine. He then outfitted the interior with neutral grays and whites to complement the hardwood. A bright copper bar stretches out before diners as they enter.
