"This beauty is from a new pizza place in Des Moines, Washington, just south of Seattle.  The restaurant, Prima Margherita, has only been open a couple of months, and boasts a wood-fired oven imported from Italy by the owner. They apparently know how to use it, as the crusts are superb. I don't know if it is actually Neopolitan pizza, but it is sold as individual pies, Neopolitan-style.  Pictured is a proscuitto and sausage pizza (I was having a meat craving)." —David

"Buddy's Detroit-style pizza is my favorite slice. The crust is thick and the cheese bubbles and crisps on the ends. The pepperoni is tucked beneath the cheese. They have 9 metro Detroit locations, but the one I go to is in Auburn Hills, MI." —Nicole

"The Capricciosa pizza from Fratelli La Bufala is amazing. I feel like I'm actually in Italy eating fresh pizza. The crust is nice and crisp and the cheese is just perfect. Also the fact that its made in a wood burning oven just made the taste better. Best pizza on the upper west side!" —Justine
