Sam's Restaurant Pizzaman Retiring, Leaving Pie-Making Duties to Son

Sam's Restaurant and Pizzeria, which took me a while to come around to, is making some changes. The blog Lost City reports that longtime pizza-maker Mario Migliaccio is heading back to Italy to retire after his wife died last month. Mario's son, Louis, will continue to run the restaurant and promises that he won't change a thing. Let's hope not; the place is an absolute gem.
