Nicholas Anderer, Executive Chef at Maialino, takes Pizza Bianca from Sullivan Street Bakery (a rosemary, olive oil, and sea salt-accented flatbread) leftover from the restaurant's bread service, and elevates it to heights we, frankly, didn't know existed.
