I'm talking, of course, about your post on Slate yesterday called The Folly of Cooking Pizza at Home, a post whose title alone could potentially stir up the regulars on this site to demand that you be forced, heretic-style, into the mouths of a 1,000°F converted kettle grill pizza oven.
