Pizza trade magazine PMQ and Christopher Muller, a Florida professor, hope to create the country's first university-based pizza research program at the University of Central Florida's Rosen School of Hospitality Management in Orlando. Pizza Hut is starting an online fundraiser for Toua Xiong, the delivery driver who was shot to death on Aug. 6th. Eighty stores across the Minnesota are donating part of their profits to Xiong's family for his memorial fund. A full page in Friday's Minneapolis Star Tribune advertises the event.
