Dear Slice: Where Can We Throw Our Daughter a Make-Your-Own-Pizza Party?

Dear Slice, We are looking to throw our little girl a third birthday party at a decent pizza place in Brooklyn or lower Manhattan, where the kids can make their own pies and be involved in the whole process.
