We've got the results from last weeks' divisive beet poll, and a new question for all of our devoted Slicer's, all after the jump!

Real, fresh truffle—whether you love it or hate it or feel totally indifferent towards it, it's definitely a luxury item...but luxury doesn't always equate to deliciousness, especially when we're talking pizza toppings. First though, let's take a look at the results of our last poll—after the jump!
We've got the results from our last poll (which had a whopping 1,994 votes), and a new question this week, all after the jump!
Alright, I'm ready to pop another question this week—but first, time to go over the results from last weeks poll!
It's one of the most basic questions of pizzadom. To fold, or not to fold?
A vegan pie doesn't always call for controversial faux cheese or dry, under-seasoned bread. How many of you Slice'rs out there are willing to give vegan pizzas a shot?
Nuts seems to be all over pizza menus these days, and it's more than just the relatively traditional instances of pine nuts and pesto-like purées. Do you "do" pizza nuts? And if so, how do you like 'em served?
For some of us, pizza makes the world go round. We're willing to drive miles and cross oceans in search of the perfect pie. We travel into the farthest recesses of our imagination, probing for understanding. What does it looks like? Does it even exist? How do we get our hands (and mouths) on it?
I've been mulling over this post for a while, waiting for my boiling rage to simmer down into something resembling calm reason. But at this point, it seems unlikely that such a day will ever come. Because here's the thing. Getting your pizza to go in a bag just plain SUCKS.
First off, let's get the "well obviously it depends" bit out of the way. We can probably all agree that there's some pretty heinously hazardous pizza out there. Then again, anything, and I mean an-y-thing has the capacity to be made unhealthy. So when it comes your average slice, where do you fall on the scale of guilt-filled to guilt-free?
Is co-opting pizza's good name okay? Yesterday's dessert pizza post got us musing about the meaning of pizza. We know better than to dive headfirst down the pizza-definition-hole with reckless abandon. But there's nothing wrong with a friendly round of "one of these is not like the other." Or, in this case, "are any of these self-proclaimed pizza products at all like pizza?"
Whether you call it spinning, tossing, twirling, or nothing at all, you probably have an opinion about this contentiously self-proclaimed "sport." I'm not talking about a gentle toss to give that dough a good stretch; I'm talking about the hardcore acrobatic spinning of throw dough, almost always accompanied by a pretty...special...soundtrack.
On the brink of Super Bowl Sunday, it's time to ask: Where do you stand on the topic of Buffalo Chicken pizza? Is it total crapola or the best American contribution to pizza since pepperoni?
Despite every cafeteria pizza I ever ate being served with a mound of golden corn kernels, I never felt tempted to cross over into corn topped pizza territory. Corn as a topping: way or no way?!
It's National Pizza Week, Slice'rs! Fantasy celebration weeks can be fun, so tell us which fantastical way you would like to celebrate the week of pizza.
Last week, Kenji raised a very important question in Thursday's Top This: Why don't we see more broccoli on pizza? Like many a cruciferous vegetable, broccoli causes controversy. Let's see a show of hands, who gets down with broccoli on their pie?
How would you classify your style when it comes to making pizza at home? Are you ever experimenting, sticking to the classics or some homespun favorites, cleaning out the fridge, or taking cues from the season or a favorite pizzeria?
Pasta on pizza—it's a thing. How have we never put this question to you pizza lovin' people before? Are you into the carb on carb pies?
It is the most leftover time of year, is it not? Which raises the very important pizza storage question that is the subject of today's poll: How long do you let leftover slices linger? No judgement here.
Although turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie grace the dinner table in lieu of pizza, we keep all things we are grateful for at the forefront of our thoughts on Thanksgiving day. That, of course, includes pizza! So in the spirit of giving thanks, vote for the style of pizza that you are most thankful for. Plus, check out the bonus poll!
