Keste Introduces the 'Pizza Wallet'

grubstreet.com Grub Street reports that Kesté Pizza & Vino is selling something called a "pizza wallet." As you know, traditional Neapolitan pizza is a sit-down, knife-and-fork affair. The "pizza wallet," or "portfolio" pie, is the Italians' version of the on-the-go slice.
