F/T EXPERT BRICK-OVEN PIZZAIOLO WANTED FOR BUSY ITALIAN TRATTORIA IN CARROLL GARDENS BROOKLYN. You need to be experienced with authentic Italian brick-oven pizza (NOT American style pizza by the slice). You must know how to make dough, prepare sauce, manage and run a brick-oven. Must be presentable, professional, hard working and experienced. Please do not respond if you do not meet all of the above criteria.
