Sometimes when you need a pizza fix and haven't made dough ahead of time, an easy way to procure your foundation is to go to your local pizzeria and see if they'll sell you dough. This is what Jeremy S. did:
I used dough from one of my favorite slice shops near by my house in Queens, called Nonna's. I used fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, sliced garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, and a sprinkling of Locatelli Romano to finish it off. I cooked it in my home oven, using a pizza stone. It was delicious! I am a big fan of your blog, and am excited to show my pie off.
Thanks for showing your pie, Jeremy!
