My Pie Monday: Jon S.'s Pizza Salsiccia

Here is my submission for My Pie Monday: Pizza Salsiccia. Made this past Friday night, here is a little bit about it:

• Dough recipe based off of Varasano's pizza recipe, adapted and tweaked to my oven's temperature
• Personal sauce recipe (salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, onion powder, thyme)
• Two kinds of mozzarella
• Italian salsiccia from a local butcher in St. Louis
• Drizzle of Italian olive oil when the pizza is out of the oven

Nice, Jon! I think this is the first person to have submitted one using Jeffrey Varasano's internet-famous pizza recipe. Is your home oven still OK?!? ;)
