Here is my submission for My Pie Monday. It's a prosciutto, arugula, and shaved Parmigiana pie. I have a pizza stone in my oven and I use a yeast culture from Naples for my dough. Most of my ingredients are purchased from Grand Central Market in New York City. This is one of my favorite pies to make.
