cjpenfield, with an amusing story:

This is sautéed spinach, bacon, and garlic with portobello mushrooms, red onions, and fresh mozzarella. The crust is a pretty basic Neapolitan dough recipe cooked on a terra-cotta pizza stone heated to 500°F for about 45 minutes. The cheese string on top is what happens when you catch your spouse picking at the cheese when you come back in the room with the camera.

Oh, boy. Picked-over pizza? Is that what I have to look forward now that Girl Slice (Mrs. Slice?) and I are back from the honeymoon? I'll have to watch her like a hawk. Thanks, cjpenfield!
