My Pie Monday: Nicole's Perfectly Circular Margherita Pizza

Maybe we should tag this one My Pi Monday?

Attached is a picture of my pride and joy from this weekend—I've never been able to get such a circular pizza! Usually I end up with a bit of a spaceship or amoeba shape. This is a Neapolitan dough with fresh hand-crushed Cento tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. It was delish, too! The next one that night was an amoeba shape (dammit, I thought I was on a roll after the first perfectly circular one!) with potatoes, rosemary, sea salt, and taleggio.
